Foods that make skin glow

Good skin can be eaten. When you are envy about the great skin of others, it might be that they just pay more attention to the daily diet, picking good foods that are beneficial for the skin. Many foods contain nutrients that are very good for our skin, such as vitamin C in lemons, which can keep skin even-toned. So what else aregood for your skin that you should consider include them into your daily diet?

1. Apple

Apple is a nutrients soluble fruit, easy to be absorbed by the body, is a very good beauty care products. Some people often eat apple for weight loss, and it can also make the skin lubricated and tender. It has been reported that apple helps to dissolve sulphur in the body, which has a special effect on skin beauty and can make the skin delicate and smooth. 5. Grapes

As well as offering protection against heart attacks and strokes, the antioxidants called polyphenols found in grapes can also help prevent sagging skin in middle age. Grape seeds have superb antioxidant power, 50 times that of vitamin E, which slows down ageing, maintains skin health, stops UV rays from attacking the skin to prevent atherosclerosis. It is also known as a skin vitamin, 20 times that of vitamin C.

6. Broccoli

It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and carotenoids, which enhance the skin's resistance to damage and help maintain skin elasticity.

7. Carrots

Carotene in carrot, which is also responsible for the orange color of carrot, helps to maintain the normal function of skin cells, reduce wrinkles and keep the skin moist and supple.

8. Milk

It is the skin's favourite food at night and can improve skin cell activity, delaying skin ageing, enhancing skin tone and eliminating small wrinkles.

9. Soy

It is rich in vitamin E, which not only destroys the chemical activity of free radicals and inhibits skin ageing, but also prevents pigmentation.

10. Kiwifruit

Rich in vitamin C, which interferes with melanin production and helps to eliminate freckles on the skin.

11. Tomato

Contains lycopene, which helps to smooth out wrinkles and make the skin soft and smooth. Eating tomatoes regularly is also less likely to cause dark circles under the eyes and less likely to be sunburned.

12. Honey

It contains a large number of easily absorbed amino acids, vitamins and sugars. Eaten often helps to make the skin rosy, tender and glow.

13. Salmon

14. Kelp

It is rich in minerals and can be eaten regularly to regulate the acidity of the blood and prevent the skin from producing too much oil.

15. Oats

Oats have 4,7 times and 7,7 times more soluble dietary fibre than wheat and maize respectively. Oats are rich in vitamin B, nikonic acid, folic acid and pantothenic acid, especially vitamin E, which is up to 15 mg per 100 g of oat flour. Oats are rich in soluble and insoluble fibre, which can absorb a large amount of cholesterol in the body and excrete it, reducing excess body fat.
